Attention: For Women Who Love Their Families but Feel Emotionally Exhausted

How To Stop Surviving Quietly in Your Marriage.

A 60 minute intimate experience for women who are ready to move out of emotional survival and reconnect with themselves and with God without shame, pressure, or performance. Especially for women who love deeply but feel unseen.

LIVE (NO REPLAY)

This Is Not Just a Webinar — It’s a Beginning

You have been strong for so long you forgot what safety feels like.
You carry emotions, people, and expectations — but you don’t have a place that carries you.

“I don’t want my children to inherit what I never healed…”

Then this webinar was designed for you.

You’re not alone.
And you don’t need another quick fix.

This is a safe space for awareness, clarity, and the first steps toward emotional wholeness.

This Live Experience Is for Women Who:

✓ Are outwardly functioning, but inwardly tired of holding everything together

✓ Love deeply, their marriage, faith, or work, yet feel emotionally unseen or disconnected

✓ Have learned to endure, stay strong, and keep going… but rest feels unfamiliar

✓ Feel stuck in emotional survival and don’t know how to shift without blowing their life apart

✓ Want clarity, peace, and reconnection, not another fix, formula, or performance

✓ Sense that some patterns didn’t start with them, and don’t want to keep carrying them forward

✓ Desire intimacy (emotionally, spiritually, relationally) but feel numb, guarded, or exhausted

✓ Want a space that honours God and their humanity, without guilt, pressure, or spiritual bypassing

This session is not about blame.

It is not about breaking your marriage, your faith, or your values.

It is about helping your nervous system settle ,so truth, clarity, and choice can return.

If you’ve been strong for a long time, this space was created for you.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of this live session, you’ll gain:

• A clear understanding of why you feel exhausted even when you’re doing “everything right”
• Language for what emotional survival looks like, and how it quietly shows up in marriage, faith, intimacy, and decision-making
• Insight into patterns you may have inherited or learned, and how to stop carrying them forward
• A grounded framework for safety, clarity, and self-governance, without guilt or self-blame
• Permission to rest, feel, and choose without abandoning your values or your faith

• One simple, stabilising next step you can take immediately toward emotional and relational wholeness

This is not a teaching that overwhelms you.

It is an experience designed to help you feel settled, seen, and clear.

This session is a beginning, not a conclusion.

About Temi Kinglsey
Founder, Anchored in Wholeness™

Temiloluwa Kingsley-Opurum is the founder of Anchored in Wholeness, a faith-integrated space for women who are outwardly functioning yet inwardly exhausted from living in emotional survival.

Her work supports women who love deeply—their families, their faith, their responsibilities—but who have learned to endure quietly at the cost of their own safety, clarity, and connection.

At the core of her work is a deep commitment to immigrant wives whose relocation has not only disrupted their sense of self, but has threatened their wholeness, their marriages, and everything they have spent years building, especially their families. She understands the silent grief of starting over, the emotional dislocation that comes with migration, and the unseen pressure to “hold it together” while navigating new systems, identities, and expectations.

Over the years, Temiloluwa has supported more than 15,000 women across diverse contexts, from community-based family systems work to trauma-informed emotional and relational support. Her experience spans complex family dynamics, generational patterns, emotional regulation, identity disruption, and restoration.

She brings together trauma-aware practice, emotional literacy, relational insight, and spiritually grounded wisdom, helping women move from bracing and over-functioning into safety, discernment, and self-governance. Her approach is gentle, attuned, and deeply respectful of both faith and humanity.

Temiloluwa is a Certified Christian Counsellor, trained in emotional health management, family systems, and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and is currently advancing her training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her work is shaped not just by professional training, but by years of walking closely with women through real-life transitions including relocation, marriage, motherhood, leadership, faith, and identity shifts.

At the core of everything she does is this belief:

When a woman’s identity is rooted in God, safety is restored, and from safety, wholeness becomes possible.
